Rick Shipman Construction is now hiring for an Administrative Assistant position. We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, team-oriented individual to join our team in our fast-paced growing company. You would be responsible for assisting in daily tasks to the estimator on a commercial construction project. No construction experience is needed. Must be goal-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Must have strong phone skills
• Maintain Well Organized files
• Maintain Accurate Project Notes
• Fill All Project Requirements
• Keep Company Database Up To Date
• Seek New Contractors
• Communicate with Contractors and In-house Estimators

Requirements:

• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
• Strong Computer and Internet Research Skills
• Commercial Construction Background is a plus
