Chief Financial Officer

The Position : We are seeking a qualified Chief Financial Officer in Uniontown, PA. Our client offers the following benefits:

• $140k- $160k Depending on Experience

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field is required. Masters degree in finance or accounting and/or CPA designation is preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care financial management.
• FQHC/CHC and nonprofit industry experience is preferred. 
  

Responsibilities :

• Experience with health care billing, federal grants management, and budget management required.
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates a high degree of initiative, judgement, discretion, and decision-making ability.
• Skill in identifying and resolving accounting and financial management issues.
• Demonstrates leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with a wide range of software platforms to oversee the financial management of organization.
