Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Agent to accurately input, update, and maintain data across company systems and databases. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Correct errors and report inconsistencies when identified
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records
  • Generate basic reports as required
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure data quality

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role is an advantage
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer and internet skills

  • Experience with database management systems
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP software
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
