As District Manager, you will oversee multiple café locations and act as a strategic leader driving operational performance, profitability, and team development. You will partner with General Managers to ensure consistency in execution, elevate guest experience, and deliver strong financial results across your district.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Unit Leadership: Oversee daily operations across multiple café locations, ensuring consistency in service, product quality, and brand standards.
• Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth and profitability by managing P&L, controlling labor and expenses, and implementing corrective action plans.
• Team Development: Recruit, coach, and develop General Managers and leadership teams; build a strong talent pipeline for future growth.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure all locations maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Sales & Marketing: Execute local marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives to increase traffic and catering sales.
• Guest Experience: Champion a best-in-class guest experience model; ensure issues are resolved effectively and brand standards are upheld.
• Training & Compliance: Oversee training programs, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Loss Prevention, and corporate teams to support operational success and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of multi-unit or district-level management experience in bakery café, QSR, or fast-casual concepts.
• Strong P&L management skills with a track record of driving sales and controlling costs.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Experience managing high-volume retail or café operations.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and operational technology.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• High emotional intelligence with a hands-on, people-first leadership style.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to travel between locations and work weekends/holidays as needed.
