Job Description

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 

Aramark Facilities Management is hiring a Maintenance Associate Worker to support operations at the Anheuser-Busch Houston Brewery , a large-scale campus spanning 105 acres with over 47 acres of facility space .

This role is ideal for someone with strong general maintenance experience who can support day-to-day facility needs, assist skilled trades, and handle a wide range of hands-on repair tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance support across the facilityAssist with spotting, troubleshooting, and basic repairs Perform repairs and maintenance on:

  • Doors, locks, handles, and soft closers
  • Walls (patching holes, painting)
  • Fixtures and general building components
  Complete preventive maintenance tasks and routine inspections Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficientlySupport various trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry) as neededOperate lifts or boom equipment when requiredMaintain clean and safe work areasRespond to maintenance work orders and urgent requests

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience required , including exposure to:

  • Plumbing
  • Painting
  • HVAC
  • Electrical
  • Carpentry

• Ability to safely use tools and maintenance equipment

• Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, standing, walking)

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
