Job Description

As a member of our Outside Sales team, your primary responsibility is to help clients envision, design, and realize outdoor living spaces that elevate their homes and daily lives. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to design and sell high-quality outdoor living spaces.
  • Guide clients through the contracting process with transparency and professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through warm leads provided by the marketing team.
  • Deliver detailed and accurate project scopes tailored to client needs and visions.
  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, addressing concerns and updates promptly.
  • Achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations, driving repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of technology; proficient with G-suite tools such as Gmail, Sheets, and Drive.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand how projects are built.
  • Comfort with measuring static and abstract spaces accurately.
  • Sales or design experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of financial components of sales, including cost structures and payment schedules

Education:

  • BA or BS degree desired but not required.

Availability:

  • Flexibility to accommodate client schedules, often including evenings and Saturdays.
  • Availability to attend intensive training in Houston during training and other semi-annual events in other markets.
