Job Title: Receptionist (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Beverly Hills, CA - Onsite M-F

Pay: $24.00-26.00/hour

Schedule: Staggered shifts — some days starting at 7:00 AM, others at 10:00 AM (8-hour days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate team members
• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner
• Coordinate meetings and events in collaboration with administrative staff
• Maintain a polished and organized front desk and lobby area
• Support mailroom functions and handle general office deliveries
• Escort guests and clients to meetings or designated areas as needed
• Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects
• Complimentary lunches provided daily
