Immediate need for a hands-on Healthcare Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for Nurses and Pharmacists in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering strong visibility, meaningful work, and the chance to step into a permanent role quickly.

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)

Totowa, NJ area (Hybrid: Onsite Mon–Wed | Remote Thurs–Fri)

Role Overview

• Immediate contract opportunity with strong potential to convert to full-time
• Full-cycle recruiting for Nurses and Pharmacists
• High-volume, hands-on recruiting environment

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Conduct reference checks, background checks, and extend offers
• Coordinate onboarding and training logistics
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and ATS tools
• Build and maintain pipelines of clinical talent (Nurses & Pharmacists)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Ensure compliance with credentialing and licensing requirements
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and HR documentation
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for clinical roles (Nurses and/or Pharmacists preferred)
• Strong understanding of credentialing and licensing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
• Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare, Nursing, or related field preferred)
• RN background is a plus

Schedule

• Monday–Wednesday onsite
• Thursday–Friday remote
• Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
