Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Developer

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Dev to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade CRM solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365, strong architecture understanding, and the ability to mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) solutions
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance CRM systems
• Develop and customize:
  • Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions (C# / .NET)
  • JavaScript (Client-side scripting, form customizations)
• Design and implement integrations using:
  • Dynamics 365 Web API
  • Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
• Work extensively with Dataverse
• Build and customize Model-driven apps & Power Platform solutions
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
• Lead data migration and environment management
• Implement DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, ALM strategies)
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Mentor and guide junior team members

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE
• Strong expertise in:
  • C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core
  • JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Dynamics 365 SDK, Web API
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas)
  • Power Automate
  • Dataverse customization
• Experience with:
  • Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management)
  • Integration patterns (REST, SOAP)
  • SQL Server & FetchXML / QueryExpression
• Deep understanding of:
  • Security model (roles, teams, business units)
  • Solution management (managed/unmanaged)
  • ALM practices in Dynamics 365

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MB-210, PL-200, PL-400)
• Experience with:
  • Power BI integration
  • Power Pages (Portals)
  • Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions
• Exposure to:
  • AI Builder / Copilot Studio
  • PCF (PowerApps Component Framework)

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Strong technical leadership and mentoring ability
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical design
• Strong communication with stakeholders and clients
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
