As a Security Officer Unarmed Part Time Patrol in Philadelphia PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to students staff faculty visitors and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner and report observations through required communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings galleries classrooms common areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances exits and public-facing areas assist with access control practices and support an orderly environment during classes events and/or visitor traffic.
• Document routine activities unusual conditions and incident details and work with site contacts and/or first responders when additional support is needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
