What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns through proper communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings production areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor access points and verify entry permissions for employees contractors and visitors in accordance with site protocols and reporting expectations.
• Document observations incidents and/or maintenance or access concerns in required logs and reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
