Job Overview

In this role, you will support the implementation, configuration, maintenance and optimization of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to streamline HR processes, improve system functionality and ensure data accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and professionals looking to transition into the rapidly growing field of Workday consulting and HR technology.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation and configuration of Workday HCM modules.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Support Workday system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
Maintain and update employee, organizational and HR-related data within Workday.
Troubleshoot Workday application issues and assist in resolving system defects.
Generate HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and IT teams on system enhancements.
Support onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers and employee lifecycle processes.
Perform data validation, data migration and reconciliation activities.
Create user guides, process documentation and training materials.
Assist with Workday releases, upgrades and feature enhancements.
Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards and data privacy regulations.
Provide end-user support and training on Workday applications.
Stay current with Workday updates and HR technology best practices.
