Job Description

Company Description

North Park Ventures (NPV) is a national private equity firm specializing in value-added and opportunistic real estate investments, with offices in Chicago, Miami, New York City, and Minneapolis. Focused on middle-market opportunities, the firm targets markets with sustainable demand drivers, supply constraints, and natural barriers to entry. As a vertically integrated operation offering property management, construction, leasing, and asset management in-house, NPV streamlines operations, reduces costs, and maximizes performance. Since its founding in 2017, NPV has acquired and developed over 50 assets, managing $500 million in assets and overseeing over $500 million in development projects currently.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Director of Marketing to lead and execute our day-to-day marketing efforts. This is a highly tactical, execution-focused role ideal for someone who is both creative and detail-oriented, with experience in real estate or finance marketing.

You will be responsible for managing our digital presence (Google, LinkedIn, website, etc), producing marketing materials and overseeing graphic designers, managing our email marketing, overseeing our public relations, and other typical marketing tasks required in a real estate private equity environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Presence & Reputation Management

  • Write and publish LinkedIn posts aligned with company activity
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google, etc.)
  • Maintain and update website content (Webflow)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms

Content Creation & Communications

  • Develop and distribute email newsletters and investor updates
  • Assist with drafting marketing copy for deals and announcements
  • Manage our public relations and work with various publications to distribute press releases

Marketing Materials & Design

  • Create marketing flyers, offering memorandums, and presentations
  • Oversee third-party graphic designers
  • Design materials using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
  • Maintain templates and brand standards across all materials

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, finance, or a professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
  • Strong writing and editing skills (especially for professional audiences)
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM/email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Basic understanding of Webflow
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • A self-starter who can own projects from start to finish
  • Someone comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
  • A strong communicator with both creative and analytical skills
  • A “doer” who enjoys execution—not just strategy

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary plus annual performance bonus (based on experience)
  • Full benefits (Medical, Dental, STD, LTD) plus unlimited PTO
  • Opportunity for growth within a growing firm
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment

How to Apply

Please submit your resume along with samples of marketing materials (flyers, presentations, email newsletters, LinkedIn posts, etc) to rsekula@northparkventures.com.
